Enhancements go into place on May 25 

Service Improvements and Route Adjustments  Coming to Metro This Summer

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience, starting May 25, 2025, 13 Metro fixed routes will see minor schedule and/or route adjustments.  

Scheduling Adjustments 
The following routes will have new schedules: Rts. 4, 11, 17, 22, 24, 28, 31, 37, 41, 43, 51, 64. Their scheduled times have been modified to better reflect changing real-world traffic conditions, passenger loads, and summer school schedules. Direct service to Kings Island will also return on Route 72X. Updated route schedules can be viewed and downloaded at https://go-metro.com/schedules 

Route Adjustments 
Rt. 43 will no longer serve the Greyhound terminal in Arlington Heights. Instead, passengers can make connections by transfer via the improved Rt. 61 on Galbraith Road.

Printed schedules may be picked up at the Metro Sales Office, located downtown in the Mercantile Building, at 120 E. Fourth St., across from Government Square.
